“Fit to a T” Jacket

We have revised our innovative T-Jacket pattern -- it’s now even easier to make!

Start with a rectangular quilt, then use our instructions to cut and seam it into a quilted jacket fit precisely to your measurements! Use fabric strips or quilt squares and the quilt-as-you-go technique to create the base rectangle which will become your jacket. This allows you to wear your favorite or most creative quilting projects.

The revised pattern uses a quick and easy “bricks” strip quilting design, but the original design and instructions for the artistic embellishments are still available for download.

Techniques in this pattern include:

  1. BulletQuilt-as-you-go

  2. BulletPrairie points

  3. BulletHerringbone stitch

  4. Bullet3D puffy biscuit
